• Reservation Fee: Php 20,000 for the unit and Php 10,000 (optional) for a parking slot.

• Proof of Billing Address: A document matching the address on your Reservation Agreement Form (utility bill, bank statement, etc.). If unavailable, use someone else’s with an authorization form.
